Longtime sports talk show host Joy Taylor has reportedly been ‘sidelined’ by Fox Sports One. The host missed three straight days of hosting the show Speak this week and reports are now coming out about why.

According to Ryan Glasspiegel and Michael McCarthy of Front Office Sports, the network has sidelined her. This all comes after a bombshell 42-page lawsuit from former Fox hairstylist Noushin Faraji in early January.

The lawsuit mentioned both Taylor, former FS1 analyst Skip Bayless, and former FS1 boss Charlie Dixon. Dixon was accused of sexual misconduct and was placed on leave by the company before the Super Bowl.

The lawsuit accuses Taylor of mocking Faraji about her ethnicity and having a sexual relationship with Dixon. It also mentions that Taylor had a sexual relationship with co-host Emmanuel Acho to further her career.

Faraji also has reported that Taylor told her to “get over it” when she expressed that Dixon had allegedly groped her.

Taylor remained on set of the show as status quo after the allegations were made so this is the first sign of anything taking place. Many had wondered what her future held with the company and that her acting like nothing had happened was a little strange.

The 38-year-old has since denied all the allegations against her and had a spokesperson put out a statement.

“The claims set forth against Ms. Taylor are devoid of merit and appear to have been strategically framed to create unwarranted publicity rather than to seek legitimate redress,” the spokeswoman said.

“Ms. Taylor denies each and every allegation against her as set forth in Plaintiff’s Complaint to the extent they allege any wrongdoing, liability, or entitlement to relief.”

Fox Sports has also denied the allegations made against them stating that they “exercised reasonable care to prevent and to correct any unlawful harassing and/or retaliatory workplace conduct allegedly experienced by Plaintiff, including by implementing clear procedures to report any instances of harassing or retaliatory conduct.”

Taylor has been with FS1 since 2016 and has moved around different shows in different roles. She was previously the moderator for the show Undisputed and co-host of The Herd before taking on her new role.

It remains to be seen what will happen with Taylor going forward but it seems that the show host could soon be looking for a new job if this report is true.
