Felicia Nchinda, a seasoned executive with two decades of industry experience, has been elevated to vice president of federal health at DMI.
The digital services and information technology services provider said Monday Nchinda will lead its federal health portfolio and manage relationships with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, Health Resources and Services Administration and other key clients. She will oversee DMI’s market expansion through the development of strategic initiatives while leading a team of 200 personnel.
Felicia Nchinda’s Professional Achievements
Nchinda has been with DMI for 15 years, gaining valuable experience leading the company’s growth in the federal health industry. Prior to her promotion, the long-tenured DMI executive served as the senior IT director for over six years. She was mainly responsible for leading various healthcare IT projects providing strategic management, technical direction and oversight. She also served as IT director and program manager.
The executive previously worked at Accenture for 14 years. She was most recently the IT application delivery lead, overseeing the development lifecycle of IT projects. Before that, Nchinda was an IT development manager, project lead and IT team lead. She started her Accenture career in 1996 as an IT programmer and tester.
